Does Mailchimp or my email provider give me a privacy policy?
Email providers publish their own policies describing what they do with data as a processor, and their terms usually require you, the sender, to have a privacy policy of your own. They do not write yours. Do I need consent to send a newsletter?
In the EU and UK, marketing email generally requires prior consent, and a pre-ticked box does not count. Does the policy cover email open and click tracking?

If you have a custom domain pointed at a hosted platform, or a separate marketing site of your own, scan that address.
