Free scan and score. Privacy Policy, Terms and Cookie Policy for $19 one-time.
Webflow sites tend to belong to startups, agencies and marketing teams, and they carry the marketing stack to match. Google Tag Manager is almost always present, and through it Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta Pixel load and report page views, conversions and audience data. Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity record sessions and heatmaps. Webflow Forms capture leads, and many teams pipe those into HubSpot, which sets its own tracking cookie and links form submissions to a contact record.
Product companies on Webflow add Intercom or Crisp chat, which identify visitors across sessions, and Vimeo embeds for demos, which set cookies from Vimeo's domain. Webflow Memberships or a connected app introduce account registration. Webflow itself sets cookies for form spam protection and, when enabled, its own site analytics, and reCAPTCHA may load on every form.
The result is a fast, well-designed site that discloses very little of this. Webflow does not include a privacy policy or terms, and its CMS makes it easy to publish a legal page but not to write one. VerifiedPrivacy scans the published site, identifies each service, and generates a Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Cookie Policy that disclose them, with a coverage score you can check again after every launch. Frequently asked questions
Does Webflow include a privacy policy or terms page?
No. Webflow templates sometimes ship with an empty legal page layout, but the content is yours to supply. Webflow's own privacy policy covers Webflow as a company, not your site. VerifiedPrivacy generates a Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Cookie Policy from a clause library based on what the scan detects and how you answer fifteen questions. Have counsel review the output before it goes live.
Will the scan find tags loaded through Google Tag Manager?
The scanner detects Google Tag Manager itself and any tags whose scripts, pixels or identifiers appear in the page source or in the inline configuration, which covers most Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag setups. Tags injected only after user interaction or behind consent gates may not be visible. Review your GTM container alongside the results and add any missing services when you answer the questionnaire.
Does HubSpot on my Webflow site need to be disclosed?
HubSpot's tracking code sets cookies that follow a visitor across sessions and, once a form is submitted, attaches that browsing history to a named contact record. That is personal data processing by a third party and belongs in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. When the scan detects HubSpot, the generated documents include its disclosure with a link to HubSpot's own privacy notice.
Can I paste the policy into a Webflow CMS page?
Yes. Download the HTML version and paste it into a Rich Text element or an Embed element on your legal page. Headings and paragraphs carry over cleanly. Many teams keep the Markdown version in their repository for change tracking and give the Word version to their attorney. All three formats come from the same generation and can be regenerated from your permanent link.
Do you offer agency or bulk pricing?
Each site is a separate $19 one-time purchase with its own permanent link and public verification page. There is no subscription and no account, so an agency can run scans for any number of client sites and pay only for the ones that need documents. Volume or white-label arrangements are not currently offered.
