Privacy Policy Generator for Agencies and Freelancers

Enter your URL. We'll find the services collecting visitor data and generate the documents that disclose them.

Free scan and score. Privacy Policy, Terms and Cookie Policy for $19 one-time.

Agencies face the privacy question twice: once on their own site and again on every site they build. An agency's own website typically runs Google Tag Manager with Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn Insight Tag to track B2B leads, Hotjar to study how prospects read case studies, and HubSpot forms that connect a visitor's browsing history to a CRM record. Vimeo embeds host the showreel, Crisp or Intercom handles inbound chat, and contact forms with reCAPTCHA collect project inquiries.

Client sites carry whatever the brief called for, often the same stack plus Meta Pixel, Klaviyo, Stripe or Google Maps, and the client usually assumes the agency handled the legal pages. A launch checklist that includes a privacy policy matched to the actual tracking on the site saves an awkward conversation later.

VerifiedPrivacy is built for exactly that step. Scan any URL, see which services are loading, complete a fifteen-question questionnaire on behalf of the client, and generate a Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Cookie Policy from a clause library. Each site is a one-time $19 purchase with a permanent link, so you can regenerate when the client adds a tool. The public verification page and badge show clients the work was done. Scan your own agency site below to see how it scores.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use VerifiedPrivacy for client websites?

Yes. Scan the client's domain, answer the questionnaire with the client's business details, and purchase the documents for that site. Each purchase is tied to the scanned domain and produces documents in the client's name. There is no account, so nothing links your clients to each other. Recommend that the client has the output reviewed by their own attorney before publishing.

Is there white-label or reseller pricing?

Not at this time. Every site is a separate $19 one-time purchase at the same price, and the documents carry no VerifiedPrivacy branding beyond an optional badge you can choose not to use. Agencies typically pass the cost through as a line item on the launch invoice. Scans and coverage scores are free, so you can audit a prospect's existing site before pitching.

Whose name goes on the documents?

The business name, contact email, address and jurisdiction you enter in the questionnaire. For a client project, enter the client's legal entity details, since the documents describe that business's practices and the client is the party responsible for them. The domain comes from the scan. Nothing in the documents refers to the agency unless you add it yourself.

Can clients regenerate the documents themselves later?

Yes. The download link is the only credential, so hand it to the client and they can edit answers, regenerate and download all formats without involving you or paying again. The receipt email with the link is sent to whatever address is entered at checkout, so use the client's address if you want them to hold it directly. Rescans are free from the public verification page.

Does the scan work on staging URLs?

The scanner can fetch any publicly reachable URL, including staging subdomains, as long as they are not password-protected or blocked from crawlers. The generated documents will name the domain that was scanned, so for the final deliverable, scan the production domain after launch and regenerate. Private IP addresses and localhost are rejected.
